Possesses a Masters degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from UET, Taxila, an MBA from LUMS and and Degree in Law. International Entrepreneurial ventures in IT, Health care, real estate, Fintech and international trading. Leads the technology - business convergence consulting practice and advises corporate clients on organizational transformation, governance and value creation.

Dr. Adnan Maqsood (Managing Partner Healthcare Practice) possess nearly 30 years of clinical experience in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Educated & Trained in USA in both specialties, he has practiced in USA and KSA. Extensive leadership experience as HoD (Nephrology), Chief of Service (Medicine) in KSA and Chief of Medical Staff (Ephraim McDowell Reg. Med. Ctr.) in USA. Profound interests in Quality in Healthcare delivery and Medical facility design and functionality. Extensively been involved in JCI accreditation process. Currently engaged in feasibility and design of three medical facilities including a tertiary care hospital with focus on digitalized healthcare experience.

Mr. Muhammad Khalid Jilani (Financial Practice Partner) is a PWC trained chartered accountant by profession. Extensive international experience in executive management, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, investments, deal advisory, investments and fiscal governance. Successfully managed dozens of strategic transactions worth millions of USD for large Middle eastern conglomerates. Thame steel Limited UK and Excelsia Nova Italy have been his flagship acquisitions which he negotiated, locked, acquired and managed as Managing Director and Founding Director.
